Hi,

We are facing a strange problem. We get this error "Only plain text can be used in this type of field" from time and again when we save our document. After the error the document does not move forward.

Strangely the same document when opened in a Windows machine saves without any error.

We have tried blanking out certain fields which are quite big in size (like status, log) and converting them to Rich text from plain text but the problem seems to get corrected temporarily. After some time again the error comes.

We have identified around 14 fields which on being blanked and property changed to Rich text the document gets corrected temporarily. But the list continues. If we test more we will find more fields.

No idea how to solve with this problem permanently .
